OUR MISSION
The VIP Group is an organization dedicated to the recorded and chronological history of the existence of National Competition level African- American Drum and Bugle Corps in the Washington D.C. area during the 1950’s through the 1970’s. Our goal is to have this information displayed in museums as a means to allow others to experience and research this historical journey.
